WARRANTY INFORMATION

Limited Warranty
At Accurate Auto Glass, customer satisfaction is out primary goal. For so long as you own or lease the car, Accurate Auto Glass warrants fixed automotive glass it repairs or replaces against defects in materials or workmanship, including leakage, in normal use and service. Accurate Auto Glass makes no other warranties, express or implied. For one year from the date of installation, if you continue to own or lease the car, Accurate Auto Glass warrants the operating parts of non-fixed (i.e., operating glass such as sun roofs and truck back windows) automotive glass it repairs or replaces against defects in materials or workmanship, including leakage, in normal use and service, except that which occurs as a result of vehicle collision damage or panel deterioration (rust). All new operating parts installed are warranted for 30 days against mechanical failure.

Windshield Repair Warranty
Windshield repairs are warranted against spreading for as long as you own or lease the vehicle. Due to the nature of the repair process used by Accurate Auto Glass, Accurate Auto Glass cannot be responsible for any chips that crack or spread during the repair: but you will not be charged for the repair if cracking or spreading occurs. Full replacement may be necessary if the chip cracks or spreads.

The warranty remedy for repairs is limited to a credit of the repair amount when used towards the purchase of a new windshield installed in the original vehicle. The applicable deductible for the new windshield will be the owner’s responsibility.

NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY (whether express or implied), INCLUDING AN ORAL WARRANTY, IS MADE BY ACCURATE. Accurate shall not be liable for any loss, claim, demand, liability, cost, damage, or expense of any kind, caused, or alleged to be caused, directly or indirectly, by the automobile glass replacement or repair or any damage whatever or however caused except to repair the defect or replace the defective material, if possible.
